Attach high-resolution photos of the issue and the product's condition.
Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Defective/Incorrect Items: NovaPad covers 100% of the shipping costs for returns and exchanges of approved defective items.
Standard Exchanges: Exchanges for different designs are only permitted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. We do not offer "change of mind" exchanges once the seal is broken.
NovaPad meticulously logs serial numbers and quality check videos for every mat shipped. We reserve the right to reject return claims that are found to be fraudulent, manipulated, or inconsistent with our internal shipping logs.
