NovaPad reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, in which case the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
Payments on the NovaPad store are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers, including Razorpay for cards, UPI and net banking. NovaPad does not store your card or sensitive payment details on its servers.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown on the product pages are the current selling prices, and may include a discount compared to the original price shown alongside. NovaPad may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
NovaPad ships across India. Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days through courier partners such as BlueDart. Free shipping is offered on orders as shown on the site.
NovaPad offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check. See the Return Policy page for full details.
